Pretzelfest!

Monday September 29th 2025 9 am - 3pm

While the origin of the pretzel is ambiguous, the fact that it is seen as one of America’s favorite snacks is not!! Join us for a day of all things pretzel. We’ll be showing you how to make two different styles of pretzels, demystifying the use of lye. We’ll also give you ideas on ways to top your creations and dips to serve with them! Just in time for Oktoberfest and football season!!

Who this class if for: beginner to advanced bakers

Cost: $200 includes lunch

What to bring: We recommend bringing closed-toe shoes (no heels), and a water bottle.
